YOUR PACK SHIPMENT

Packages are generally dispatched within 1 working days after receipt of payment and are shipped via Registered Mail (International) or PosLaju (Malaysia) with tracking and drop-off with signature. If you prefer delivery by FedEx with required signature, an additional cost will be applied, so please contact us before choosing this method. Whichever shipment choice you make, we will provide you with a link to track your package online.

Shipping fees include handling and packing fees as well as postage costs. Handling fees are fixed, whereas transport fees vary according to total price of the shipment. We advise you to group your items in one order. We cannot group two distinct orders placed separately, and shipping fees will apply to each of them. Your package will be dispatched at your own risk, but special care is taken to protect fragile objects.

Boxes are amply sized and your items are well-protected.

Q: Do you offer free shipping?

A: Yes. You may refer the table above for orders that are eligible for free postage.  

 

Q: Which country do you shipped to?

A: We ship worldwide! You will find your shipping charges based on your shipping country at the check out page.

 

Q: I was charged by the customs. I want a refund.

Any import duties and taxes are charged once the parcel has reached the destination country and these charges must be paid by the recipient of the parcel. Unfortunately, we have no control over these charges as customs policies vary from country to country. If you have any questions related to customs charges you are advised to contact your local customs office.

 

Q: Which courier company do you use?

A: We use various courier companies to ensure all parcels arrive on time.  Tracking number will be provided the next day we processed your order together with a tracking link. Customers are not allowed to pick which courier company to be used.

 

Q: When will I receive my parcel?

Local & Singapore orders

-  Within the next working day -> (Penang Island Area ONLY)

-  Within the next 1-5 working days for area out of Penang Island & Singapore;

Other International orders - 5-15 working days. 

 

Q: Has my order been shipped out yet?

A: Your order will be processed the same working day upon order placement. We will then send all orders out the same day or next day depends on order queue. Rest assured that you will received your parcel within 7 working days (local orders) & 5-15 working days (international orders).

 

Q: How do I add/change the items in my order or my shipping details after order is placed?

A: Please note that no changes can be made to the order nor delivery address after the order has been placed.
